In-Person Therapy

With over a decade of marriage, three children, and a career rooted in service, Dr. Casey Gutierrez offers clients more than clinical expertise—he brings lived experience, deep compassion, and practical insight.

Whether you’re ready to schedule an appointment, have questions, or would like to request a free consultation, we’re here to help.

Whether you’re looking to improve communication or navigate more complex challenges like conflict, intimacy, betrayal, trauma, or negative coping patterns, marriage and couples therapy is designed to support you. We use evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, grounded in decades of research, to help couples rebuild trust and strengthen emotional connection. Whether you’re navigating deep pain or simply hoping to grow closer, therapy can help.

Whether your family is working to improve communication or navigating more complex challenges—such as conflict, trauma, post-inpatient transitions, recovery from substance use, generational patterns, or emotional cutoffs—family therapy is designed to support the entire system. We draw from Bowen Family Systems Theory, which highlights the importance of emotional connection, differentiation of self, and intergenerational dynamics. Together, we’ll work to strengthen relationships, clarify roles, and foster a more balanced and connected family life.

Telehealth makes therapy more accessible, flexible, and private—often creating opportunities for consistency and comfort that might not be possible in person. Whether you’re joining from your bedroom, office, or on a break between obligations, HIPAA-secure video sessions fit easily into your day. For couples and families, telehealth allows loved ones to connect from different locations, making it easier to show up and grow together.

We serve the Fort Worth, Dallas, and Arlington areas, with in-person sessions available at our physical locations in Fort Worth and Arlington. Through HIPAA-secure telehealth, we’re also able to support couples and families anywhere in Texas or Colorado. Hybrid options are available—some sessions can be in person, others online, and in many cases, one partner or family member can join from home, the office, or on the road while others are in the therapy room.
