Let’s take the guesswork out of getting started.
All sessions are 75 minutes long.
When there’s only one person in the room—like in individual therapy—shorter sessions (such as 45 or 50 minutes) may work well. But when two or more people are present or the work is systemic or dyadic, more time is needed to ensure everyone feels heard, understood, and supported.
This extended format allows us to move beyond surface-level fixes and dive deeper into relational healing.
We offer a flat-rate, transparent fee structure:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash.
We do not bill insurance directly and are not in-network with any insurance plans or Medicare.
However, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill upon request.
A superbill is a specialized receipt that includes all the information your insurance company may need if you’d like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement. It typically includes:
You can call your insurer and ask:
“Do you reimburse for out-of-network therapy sessions, CPT codes 90847 and 99354, with a licensed professional
counselor?”
Under the No Surprises Act, you're entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges before receiving services. It helps you plan and understand the cost of care.
Your total cost will depend on how many sessions you choose to attend. You can request a written GFE at any time.
Note: A GFE is not a bill and does not obligate you to continue therapy.
We offer a flexible, secure range of options:
For couples or family sessions, participants can connect from different locations if needed.
Yes, we often work with couples or families who have a family member transitioning out of:
In these moments of transition, therapy can offer the structure, communication tools, and emotional grounding your family
needs.
We do not offer traditional individual therapy.
However, we provide something called systemic therapy—which is still focused on relationships and family systems, even when only one person is in the room.
If you're:
Then this service is for you.
While only you will be attending sessions, the focus will be on the broader system you are part of. Together, we’ll work to understand those dynamics and create change—even before others join in.
Yes. We offer free 15-minute consultations. These are designed to offer insight, clarity, and a gentle path forward—whether or not you decide to participate in therapy.
Video therapy, also called telehealth, is simply therapy done over a secure video platform instead of in person. It offers a private, flexible, and often more convenient way to get support, whether you’re in your bedroom, your car, or a quiet corner of the office.
What’s Great About It:
What to Keep in Mind:
When done thoughtfully, video therapy can still feel personal, connected, and deeply effective.
