TEAM & FAMILY

Gloria – Client Care Guide

Gloria supports the practice by managing client care coordination. She assists with scheduling, intake paperwork, and referral support—often serving as the first friendly face (or voice) our clients encounter. After retiring from a fulfilling career as a high school registrar in 2024, Gloria now enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with her grandchildren, and helping others take their first steps toward emotional well-being.

Fun fact: Gloria recently upgraded to a bionic hip, and now insists it’s the strongest part of her downward dog.

Emily – Co-Founder & Fixer of All Things

Emily supports the practice by managing administrative needs and taking on all things handy—she’s been known to swap out ceiling tiles and troubleshoot tech in the same afternoon. A former Teach for America educator, Emily now works full-time as an education policy researcher. When she’s not fixing things or analyzing systems, she enjoys traveling, loving on our three children, and serving in the neighborhood HOA.

Fun fact: Emily owns more power tools than her husband and has the drill skills to prove it.

Elliott – Chief Joy Officer

Elliott supports the practice by injecting laughter, energy, and just the right amount of mischief into our lives. He loves swimming, baseball, soccer, Hot Wheels, and takes his role as big brother very seriously—unless he’s too busy being silly. While he’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful at home, we’ve heard whispers of some epic pre-kindergarten shenanigans.

Fun Fact: Elliott proudly claims to love vegetables for their superpower benefits… though we’ve yet to see him actually eat one

Evan – Director of Chaos & Construction

Evan supports the practice by remodeling the offices—mostly through the enthusiastic destruction of property. He’s a big fan of bananas, independent play, and making his presence known through spontaneous dance breaks and musical outbursts. While he’s still learning how to ask for what he wants, he’s never shy about letting us know when he’s got big feelings.

Fun Fact: When Evan falls or bumps into something, he rarely cries—he just gets back up and keeps on truckin’ like a determined little bulldozer.

Estela – VP of Warmth & Wailing

Estela supports the practice simply by being here—a daily reminder to slow down, dream big, and hold close what matters most. Her current specialties include napping, snacking, and receiving VIP-level diaper service. Though she’s still learning how to make her needs known, her presence alone has changed the rhythm of our family and deepened our gratitude.

Fun Fact: As the long-awaited daughter in a house full of boys, Estela already runs the place—and yes, she’s accepting bribes in the form of warm bottles and forehead kisses.
